WolfPack is governed by sets of rules which guide us and help us when decisions need to be made.
These rules were created by WolfPack members, they are here to protect the clan from
both people external to the clan and internal domestic incidents.

WolfPack Rules Terminology

The following terms (but not limited to just these terms)
"WolfPack", "organisation", "clan", "squadron", "organisation", "guild", "club", "group" all represent the WolfPack website
(http://www.wolfpack.net.au and all other domain names) and subfolders of that website, including (but not limited to) the forums.

"Meta-Gaming","Ghosting", "screen watching" ,"eves dropping" represents when a player has obtained specific information about another players activities/resources and uses it

Definition: Spam - "Any post that is either singular or repetitive in nature that causes the forums to be
unnecessarily filled without a reasonable cause."
This is not to be confused with single line responses that assist in the continuation of a conversation or topic.

Definition: Spam - "Voice communication spam is usually decided by the group of people present in the channel at the time but as a guideline
voice communication spam is useless screaming or talk about any topic that disturbs the channel and it’s users or an action which causes the server to be
used unnecessarily"

- The following terms (but not limited to just these terms) "Cheating", "Hacking", "Glitching", "Exploiting" etc.
Definition: Cheating is defined by the developer of the game - if a developer of a game is not clear on a certain aspect of the game then
the definition of cheating falls upon the gaming communities view.
The above does not include modification of files or memory space - this is considered outright cheating.

The term ‘group’ or ‘clan’ are used throughout this website but means the same thing.

Anyone who has been convicted of child offences is NOT welcome to apply and/or join the clan, by your acceptance of the
rules of WolfPack you indicate that you have NOT BEEN convicted of any such offence.

Multiclanning is NOT allowed, if you are in another clan at the time you join WolfPack you must leave that clan prior to the completion of your Personality Trial, failure to do so will result in a kick from WolfPack.

Nothing is to be kept secret in the clan - keep all topics in the open, this includes but is not limited to forums,
voice communications and/or messages.

Exception: Discretion - The only time a topic is to be discussed in private is when a topic requires a certain level of
discretion. Reasons: prevention of unnecessary harm/hurt to the person(s) involved in the topic.

The swapping of personal information amongst clan members IS allowed but it is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
WolfPack recommends you DO NOT SHARE the following information:
- First names
- Last names
- Address information
- Phone numbers (including mobiles, pagers etc)
- Personal/Business Website address and/or email accounts
- Photos
- Any information that can be linked to you
Any sharing of your personal information is at your OWN RISK. THE RISK LEVEL WHEN SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE IS HIGH

Any "change of rules" request must be done in the administration section of the forums and
requires a minimum of 2 weeks open discussion for all members opinions to be considered in response to the

WolfPack Conflict Resolution Rules
These rules are to be used in case of a conflict between sets of members.

A conflict is to be defined as any situation where two or more people have a disagreement ending in some form of hostility.

In the event of a conflict any high level ranking officer should be contacted.

In the event of a conflict the following steps can be taken:
- Identify the conflicting individuals or parties involved.
- Divide the conflicting parties - if necessary lock any thread or move people out of the teamspeak rooms
- Identify the causes and or reasons for the conflict from each party involved.
- Itemise each fact from each side into two seperate lists.
- Find common ground to the problem - if necessary use a third party to negotiate between the conflicting parties.
- Attempt solution finding by discussing the matter and utilisation via step 5.
- If a solution cannot be found then the matter is raised to the higher ranks this includes generals but is not limited to these.

If a current WolfPack rule is broken and is not dealt with within 7 days of being found out by the administration, the person that has broken the rule is not to be punished or have a lesser punishment -

If a member is placed on a ban - this means they are banned from any voice communications server(s), forums, website, and they are prohibited from playing with the clan for the duration of their ban.
A ban from the forums means you can 'read' the forums but not 'post' because it is the only way to measure a breach.

If a ban is breeched then the next stage of discipline is automatically put into place.

There is a minimum requirement of logging in to the forums once per month. If a member is not logged in after 2 consecutive months they will be marked as AWOL.
After 3 months of no forum login, a member may be removed for inactivity.

Everyone - regardless - gets annoyed at others game play - do not whinge about it, grow up and move on.

- Never use the in game text/voice to sort out your problems with other players this includes (but is not limited to):
- Calling people hacks.
- Trying to convince everyone to kick a person.

- Never punish any other player (team kill punish) - doesn't matter who's fault it is

Exception: If the same person deliberately team kills you 3 or more times repeatedly with a clear and deliberate act then you are allowed to punish.
This exception is void if you deliberately team kill yourself - For example: you run over your own teams mines repeatedly and get team killed.

Players will be mindful, respectful and courteous of their team mates and will not team kill.

If applicable get the players Punk Buster ID (access console with the tild key (~ left of the 1 key) and type "/pb_plist"

- A team kill is allowed if both of the following conditions are met:
- The person you are going to team kill is lagging the game because they are performing a certain task - which is affecting everyone.
- The person has been warned 3 times in team chat.

Note: These rules have deliberatly been left ambiguous - and any decision in relation to these rules should be
made with compassion, empathy, understanding and above all wisdom.

A 7 day grace period should be given to members who make stupid mistakes -
this is conditional to a 3 strikes out count.
This grace period can be enacted on by a General of WolfPack on behalf of the member that has caught foot in mouth, if they fail to do so.

that mis-understanding is the reason.

it means to be a member - and to lead by example. Members of WolfPack are to demonstrate compassion, empathy,
